Details: Up for sale is a 2002 Jaguar X-Type 4 door sedan with a 2.5L V6 EFI engine. The car is still running well after 105,456 miles! There was a coolant line problem over a year ago that has been fixed and has not been a problem since. There is a minor problem with knock sensor, which sometimes causes the fuel injection system to react a little slower on sudden acceleration, which is why you see the check engine light on in the photos, but it does not otherwise affect the performance of the car.Cosmetically, this car is light blue with a light tan leather interior, which shows minor wear. The hood ornament is missing and there may be one or two very minor dents to the body of the car. The paint job is like new.A knew stereo was recently installed into the car. It is a Sony MEX-BT3800U. It is HD Radio and bluetooth ready and can also play CDs w/text. It´s made to work with iPods and iPhones and also has a USB and Aux audio input. This XJS was the 12th 6.0 V12 Convertible off the production line. I have the documents from Jaguar Archives to prove it. The car is Glacier White with parchment interior and barley piping. I have gone thru everything, but the transmission on this car and I know I have over $30,000.00 into it. I´m parting with all my car toys in order to purchase a CTS Wagon. My file on this car is thick and has too much to list. It´s easier to state what I haven´t done. This car is equipped with navigation, but I also have the factory stereo. I also replaced the center console with a custom made one with cup holders, but I still have the original one too. This car starts on a dime and cruises very nicely.
