Details: I am looking to sell a silver 1998 Jaguar XJ8. the car is good condition minus a small dent on the driver door and a scrape on the passenger side as well as a few minor scratches on the back bumper. the paint on the sides of the car just below the chrome is slightly faded but over all, this car would be very flashy with just a small amount of body work. the engine runs very well and is very smooth. it just broke 100K miles. the driver door on the inside needs just a few little plastic clips to keep the door held together as the inside part of the door is very loose. this car does have a sky light, however, the skylight does need just a little tweaking. this car has a brand new transmission in it and shifts very smoothly. the original Jaguar tires are on it now, but two of the wheels are missing the genuine Jaguar hubcap. probably very easy to buy on ebay. the seats are all real leather and a CD player has been installed in the back. i am asking $6000 for the car and the tires and am also very willing to work with the buyer on getting it to its new location. Details: This is a VERY RARE (ONLY 318 MADE WORLDWIDE IN 1997) car.The straight six cylinder supercharged 325 horse power engine runs as smooth and quiet as a sewing machine and the automatic transmission shifts like new.The interior still smells very nice and the paint and body are also nice with only very minor scuffs and blemishes only noticeable from close up and one dent also barely noticeable in one of the rockers.It has only 110,000 miles and counting because I drive it everyday. New inspection good till 2/13.I would rate this car atleast a 8 out of 10 overall. It does have a small crack in the windshield, may need a couple of tires soon, the sunroof needs realligned on the track.This car is awesome! Fast! Luxurious!
