Details: British Racing Green Series 3 XJ-6 sedan with sunroofAutomatic TransmissionOnly has 65,801 original miles. Getting the bad out of the way first:The engine has a very slight fluctuation at idle. It´s only 100-200 rpms at most. Probably just needs a tune up with new spark plugs or run some seafoam through it. It´s a minuscule thing, but I´m very particular about my cars. The ´ski-slope´ has two cracks in it. It doesn´t affect anything other than the looks of the center console a bit. and the passenger door handle is a little stubborn occasionally. All very minor problems barely worth mentioning. Moving on to the great and better,All the parts are original except for gaskets, brushings, and other maintenance parts all replaced before suggested intervals. This car is officially a classic, and you would have a difficult time finding another in similar condition. Become the envy of your neighbors and friends with this beauty! As the pictures will show, the interior is in near flawless condition, and so is the exterior. This is my show car and has only been cleaned with top of the line products.THIS CAR HAS ALWAYS BEEN GARAGE KEPT. The paint is in 4.9 out of 5 condition, and the body is both dent and rust free. ALL electronics still work (gauges, radio, sunroof, lights, etc.). All original owners manuals and information packets come with the car. Wheels are real spoke rims, not hubcaps, and the tires are still in great condition. If you didn´t know, these cars are equipped with a display showing you your average mpg, and I score between 17-19mpg. The engine is the original 4.2 fuel injected in line 6 and runs great. No sluggish acceleration, tapping, knocking, clunking. No unusual noises at all. I honestly have no doubt that you could drive this car across the country tomorrow and have no worries.Asking price is 10,000 and I´m not in a rush to sell. Not looking to trade for anything either. Just selling to free up space in the driveway my wife since it´s currently packed with 6 cars. With the 4 Liter Supercharged V8, the sleek XJR Has 370HP and 390Ft Lbs of torque, making the car quite capable. The body style is arguable the best sedan body Jaguar has ever produced. The XJR is a pretty low production car to begin with. To make that even more rare, Jaguar offered the rare and desired R1 option . The R1 had the BBS 18´ wheels and the large Brembo brakes with Cross drilled Rotors. The suspension was also tuned different than the base. Personally it makes the car in every manner. I would not consider an XJR unless it was an R1 optioned car. Other things the XJR comprised of was the 9 speaker Alpine Stereo System with Factory Alpine Subwoofer and optional Navigation. This car has the $1700 Navigation option too making it an ´every box´ checked car.
